1. About FOMOEgg
FOMOEgg is a community memecoin and a website run by volunteers: the FOMOEgg CTO community team and its developers. There is no company behind it. There is no promise of value, returns, listings or roadmap dates.
2. No advice
Nothing on this site, in the Telegram group or on X is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
3. Your risk
Crypto is volatile, and tokens can go to zero. Smart contracts, chains, wallets and third-party apps (such as fomo, PONS and DEX tools) can fail or be exploited. You use everything at your own risk. You are responsible for your own wallet, keys, taxes and local laws.
4. Community funds
Creator fees, donations and other funds held by the community wallets are used at the discretion of the community team and developers for the benefit and growth of the FOMOEgg community. That includes things such as the egg race, burns, data feeds, listings, marketing and running the site. Allocations can change over time.
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. They are not purchases, and they never count toward any prize or giveaway.
5. No warranty
The site, the game, the bots and the data are provided "as is" and "as available". They may contain errors, and they may be paused or changed at any time.
6. Limitation of liability and release
To the fullest extent allowed by law, FOMOEgg, its community team, developers, moderators and contributors are not liable for any losses, including lost tokens, missed prizes, price changes or third-party failures. By using the site you release them from such claims to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Not affiliated
FOMOEgg is not affiliated with fomo, PONS, Robinhood, Robinhood Chain, DEXScreener or any exchange. These names are used only to describe where things happen.
