FOMOEgg Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN TO PEOPLE 18 AND OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The giveaway is run by the FOMOEgg community at fomoegg.com (the "Sponsor"). Contact: the FOMOEgg Telegram, t.me/fomoeggcto.
2. Who can enter
You must be 18 or older when you enter. The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. You are responsible for checking that taking part is legal where you live. One account per person. Each person may use one email address.
3. Entry period
The entry pool opened on 14 October 2026 and has no end date yet. All entries carry over. They are not reset when a prize or a draw date is announced.
4. Prize and draw date
Prize and draw date will be announced on fomoegg.com/giveaway at least 7 days before any draw. No prize or date is promised until it is posted there.
5. How entries are earned
| Sign up with your name and email, then confirm your email | 1 |
| Free daily check-in on the giveaway page, once per UTC day | +1 / day |
| Each thesis you post on fomo for FOMOEgg, any position size, from your linked handle | +1 |
| Each FOMOEgg race you are seated in that runs to its close | +1 |
| Each FOMOEgg race you win | +1 extra |
| Each friend who signs up with your link and confirms their email | +3 |
| Join the FOMOEgg Telegram (once) | +1 |
- Email first. No entry counts until your email is confirmed. Activity before you confirm is kept and counts once you confirm.
- Free way to enter. The daily check-in is free and open to everyone, every day. It is worth the same 1 entry as a thesis or a race. Buying anything is never required, and a purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
- Linking your fomo handle. Type your fomo handle on the giveaway page. The page shows you a short code. Post a thesis on fomo that includes that code. When our thesis feed sees it, your handle is linked. Theses and races by that handle from 14 October 2026 then count. A handle can be linked to one account only. If the thesis feed is unavailable, linking and thesis entries wait until it is back.
- Referrals. A friend counts once they confirm their email. Referral entries are capped at 150 per person (50 friends). Referring yourself, or a person who already entered, does not count.
- Telegram. This is self-reported, once. The Sponsor may check them and remove entries that are not true.
- Every entry is recorded as its own line in a server ledger. You can see yours on the giveaway page.
6. How the winner is drawn
The draw uses a verifiable seed, the same method the FOMOEgg race uses. Each entry is one ticket. Each ticket has the same weight, so more entries means proportionally better odds.
- Before the draw, the Sponsor publishes: a snapshot of all confirmed entries and its sha256 hash; a commitment
sha256("fomoegg:" + secret); and a future Robinhood Chain block number. - After that block is mined, the Sponsor reveals the secret. The seed is
sha256("fomoegg-giveaway:" + secret + ":" + blockHash). - The winning ticket is the seed read as a number, modulo the total entries, counted through the published snapshot in order.
- Nobody knows the block hash in advance, and the secret cannot be changed after the commitment is published. Anyone can repeat the math from
/api/giveaway/draws. See fomoegg.com/verify.
7. Winner notice and prize delivery
The winner is contacted by email at the address used to enter. The prize is paid to a wallet the winner signs in with on the giveaway page. Signing in is a message signature only. It sends nothing and approves nothing, and it does not add entries. If the winner does not reply and sign in within 7 days, or is not eligible, a new winner is drawn by the same method. Any taxes are the winner's responsibility.
8. Fair play
One account per person. Entries made by bots, scripts, fake or duplicate accounts, or several emails for one person are disqualified, along with the accounts behind them. Email addresses are normalized (for example, Gmail dots and +tags count as one address). The Sponsor may remove entries that break these rules. The Sponsor's decisions on eligibility are final.
9. Privacy
Your email is used only to run the giveaway: to confirm your entry and to contact you if you win. It is never shown on this site or in any public API. The leaderboard shows your linked fomo handle, or your first name and last initial. We do not sell your email.
10. General
The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or run by fomo, X or Telegram. The Sponsor may pause, change or end the giveaway if something affects its fairness, with notice on this page. By entering, you agree to these rules. To the extent the law allows, entrants release the Sponsor from claims related to the giveaway or the prize.
