Phase 1 · Continuity
CTO transition, official community channels, original contract preservation, live burn verification, platform rebuild foundation, community policies.
No silent changes to financial rules. Every version records its effective date, what changed, why, and who approved it.
The admin cannot pick a winner, replace a committed seed, alter a finished race, edit burn history, delete treasury transactions, fake a burn, add entrants after cutoff, change the payout recipient after winner lock, or silently alter allocations. Any emergency override requires explicit confirmation, an immutable audit record, public disclosure and a stated reason.
The roadmap is directional, not a promise of dates. Security, testing, community feedback, and verified integrations determine when each phase ships. Statuses only. No dates.
